Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy sets forth MOLTEN's (“Molten", “we", “us", or “our") privacy practices in connection with information collected by Molten through Molten's services and features, including our websites www.molten.co, www.moltenrights.com, www.mtonomy.com, www.gomolten.com, www.getmolten.com, www.moltenanalytics.com, www.moltentrade.com, www.moltenexchange.com and the Molten platform (collectively, “Services"). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by Molten in other ways, including offline. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy, shall have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Service. Please note that MTonomy, Inc. has renamed and now operates as Molten Inc.

• Our goal is to be open and transparent about how we will use your Personal Information.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND WHEN DO WE COLLECT IT?

Personal Information

We collect your Personal Information (information that can be used to directly identify you) when you use our Services and when you provide it to us. This personal information includes your:

• Contact information (such as your name, address, email address, and phone number)
• Transaction information (such as details about purchases you make through the Services, and your billing details)
• Login and account information

Other Information

We automatically collect additional information when you use our Services. We treat this information as Personal Information if we ever combine it with or link it to your Personal Information. Otherwise, it is used in aggregate form only. This information includes:

• Information about how you interact with our Services such as, the pages you visit or features you use within the Services, the date and time of your activities on the Services, the URLs from the websites you visit before and after navigating to the Services
• Information about your devices such as your software and hardware attributes (including operating system type and version, device type, device identifiers, IP address, your browser type and version, your interaction with our Services, and your general geographic location).

Aggregate Information

Aggregate information does not identify individual persons. We do not link this aggregate information with Personal Information. We may use aggregate information without restriction.

We use your Personal Information and Other Information collected through our Services for the following purposes:

HOW DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may share your Personal Information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers, Agents and Other Third Parties: We sometimes hire other companies to help us provide our Services and to operate our business. We take steps to limit the amount of information we share to only what is necessary, and to ensure that they will only use your Personal Information to perform the services requested by us.
• Facebook Custom Audiences and Similar Programs: We may partner with Facebook and other social media partners to deliver advertisements to our users via the Facebook Custom Audiences program or similar third-party programs. We may share certain Personal Information such as your email address or phone number to do so. For more information about custom audience targeting and how to adjust your social media advertising preferences, please review the privacy policy of your social media provider.
• With Your Consent: We may share your Personal Information when you give us your consent to do so, including if we notify you on our Services that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner, and then you provide such information. If you are a user of our Services, you may also directly choose to share various information with third parties using our Services.
• Legal Processes: We may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or legal process, such as responding to subpoenas, warrants or court orders; when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect the property, rights, or safety of Molten or others; and to enforce or apply our Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service or our other policies or agreements.
• Transfers: We might sell or buy business assets. We may share your Personal Information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition, or in any other situation where Personal Information may be disclosed or transferred as one of our business assets.
• Analytics: We use third parties, such as Google Analytics or other analytics providers, to analyze traffic to our Services. To disable Google Analytics, please download the browser add-on for the deactivation of Google Analytics provided by Google here. You may find additional information about Google Analytics at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. You have the option to opt out of Google's use of cookies by changing your settings through Google Ad Settings via the Google advertising opt-out page at http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/.
• Online Interest-Based Advertising: The Services also enable third-party tracking mechanisms to collect your Other Information for use in online interest-based advertising. For example, third parties may use the fact that you visited our website or used our mobile app to target online ads to you. In addition, our third-party advertising networks might use information about your use of our website or app to help target advertisements based on your online activity in general. • Molten Platform: When you use the Molten platform, you may enable sharing of your information, including your Personal Information. You understand that when you do so, your information and Personal Information may be shared with and made available to other users on the Molten Platform

REFER A FRIEND

You may choose to provide us with another person's email address so that person may be invited to learn more about Molten and our Services. By providing us with another person's email address, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consent of the person.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Our Services may contain links to and from websites maintained by third parties that may provide useful information to you. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites may have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other sites. We encourage you to check these policies before you visit or submit any Personal Information to these websites.

TRANSACTION INFORMATION

All information relating to payments in connection with our Services is collected, stored and processed by Braintree, our payment processor. We do not collect or store card numbers or other payment information. All payment information you provide to us will be stored in accordance with the Braintree privacy policy, which you should read carefully. Your use of cryptocurrencies or other payment methods is subject to the terms and risks of such methods.

COOKIES, WEB BEACONS, AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Like most websites, our website uses cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer's hard drive while you are viewing a site. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them). We also set first party cookies (set by us) as well as third party cookies (set by third parties). If you wish to restrict or block the cookies which are set by Molten, or by any other website, you can do this through your browser settings. Please note, if you choose to disable cookies, some of our Services may not work properly or at all.

We also use applications known as “web beacons" (also known as a “clear gif" or “pixel tag") in connection with our Services and our marketing communications. A web beacon is an electronic file that usually consists of a single-pixel image. It can be embedded in a web page or in an email to transmit information. For example, a web beacon allows an email sender to determine whether a user has opened a particular email.

Additionally, we may collect and store information (including Personal Information) locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML 5) and application data caches.

We use cookies and other technologies for a variety of purposes, including analytics, online behavioral advertising, measuring and optimizing use of our Services, and providing you with a personalized experience.

The use of online tracking mechanisms by third parties is subject to those third parties' own privacy policies, and not this privacy policy. If you prefer to prevent third parties from setting and accessing cookies on your computer or other device, you may set your browser to block cookies. Additionally, you may remove yourself from the targeted advertising of companies within the Network Advertising Initiative by opting out here, or of companies participating in the Digital Advertising Alliance by opting out here. Our Services currently do not respond to “do not track" signals.

YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

You can request that any Personal Information stored by us be deleted at any time by contacting us at contact@moltencloud.com. We may require you to provide certain information to verify that it is you making the request. However, note we will not delete information that we are required to retain in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations, or information that we must retain in order to provide our Services to you if we have a commercial relationship. If you no longer wish to receive our marketing and promotional communications, you may opt-out by following the instructions included in each communication.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your Personal Information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Please be aware, however, that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION?

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver our Services to you or to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. You may delete the Personal Information in your account as described above. Please note that, in limited circumstances, we may retain information for a longer period of time as required by law.

MINORS

Our Services are directed toward and designed for use by persons aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

We provide our Services for the purpose of serving interested parties within the United States, and our Services are operated from and hosted on servers located in the United States. The laws governing the collection and use of information within the United States may be different from the laws of your country. If you decide to use our Services, or share your Personal Information with us, you are agreeing to be governed by the laws of the United States as appropriate, and you are expressly consenting to the transfer of your Personal Information to the United States.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

If you are a California resident under 18 years of age and a registered user of our Services, you may request that we remove content and information that you publicly post on our Services. To obtain removal of such content and information, please send us an email at contact@moltencloud.com with a short description of the content or information you would like to have removed. Please note that such a request does not necessarily ensure complete or comprehensive removal of content posted by you, since the content and information may remain in our databases, may remain visible in a manner that does not identify you, or may have been re-posted by another user.

Additionally, California residents who provide personal information to us are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the personal information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing use. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Each time you use our Services the current version of this Privacy Policy will apply. When you use our Services, you should check the date of this Privacy Policy (which appears at the top of the Privacy Policy) and review any changes since the last version. Our business changes frequently and this Privacy Policy is subject to change from time to time.
